What the website actually collects

• Online booking: the Kalendes module lets you choose a treatment and time slot, then submit the information needed to manage the appointment. Kalendes processes this data to provide the booking service.
• No audience measurement, advertising pixel or social network tool is integrated.
• Technical server and hosting logs: the infrastructure hosting these pages (Lovable) records connection data to ensure service availability and security.
• Technical error reports: the development platform may transmit technical information about display errors so they can be corrected.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers, which transmits your IP address to Google.

Telephone or email contact

If you contact us, the data you provide is used only to answer your request and, where applicable, arrange an appointment.

Booking provider

The integrated calendar is provided by Kalendes. When you open the booking page and use the module, technical data and the information you enter are transmitted to Kalendes. Its own data-processing information is available during the Kalendes booking journey.

Legal bases

• Legitimate interest: website security and correct operation.
• Pre-contractual measures or service performance: answering your appointment request and managing bookings.
• Legal obligation: retaining accounting documents where a service is invoiced.

Retention periods

The periods applied by the hosting provider, technical platform and Kalendes must be documented. Email exchanges are retained as long as necessary for the relationship, then deleted.

Recipients and transfers

Technical data is accessible to providers hosting and operating the website. Kalendes also receives the data needed to operate and manage bookings. Some providers may process data outside the European Union. No claim of exclusively European hosting is made here.
